We are currently working with Mozilla to solve this issue. Hi are aware of this issue on the Windows version of our consumer and corporate EPP products. They are working with Mozilla to find a solution: In the meantime, an F-Secure moderator has written in the forum that the problem is known. And it doesn't seem to have been the first occurrence ( here's an entry from 2021). In the thread there are confirmations of further affected persons – further hits are here, here and here.
